Must be within 14 days of the delivery date

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in unused condition with all original packaging, labels, and documentation intact
  • Products that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return
  • Special order items or clearance products may be non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request or determine your eligibility for a return, please visit our contact page and provide your order number along with the reason for your return. We'll review your request (typically between 1-2 business days) and provide any necessary return instructions, including the proper return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or shipped in error. 
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send a notice of approval. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
