Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) using USPS and UPS via Shopify Shipping, which provides real-time carrier rates and discounted pricing. For our California customers, we have to charge sales tax by law.

Note*: ❌ We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

How Shipping is Calculated

Shipping rates shown at checkout are based on:

  • The product weight listed on each item

  • Our default box size plus a base weight of 1 lb

  • Real-time rates from UPS and USPS through Shopify Shipping

Note*: Shipping charges are calculated using default packaging dimensions and may vary slightly if the final shipment requires a larger box or multiple packages.

In rare cases where actual shipping costs differ significantly (due to oversized or multiple-box shipments), we may contact you to confirm or adjust the shipping charge before fulfillment.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

  • We’ll notify you by email if there are delays due to backorders, address issues, or inventory issues

Oversized or Heavy Items

Some products (such as panel boards, aluminum conduit, or bulk electrical fittings) may be classified as oversized or heavy by the carrier.

  • Additional handling fees or surcharges may apply

  • You will be notified at checkout or contacted before fulfillment if shipping must be adjusted

  • In rare cases, freight shipping may be required. We'll coordinate with you directly in those cases

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, dimensions, and selected method.

We do not charge additional handling fees unless specified during checkout for oversized or special-order products.

Free Shipping (If Offered)

Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain threshold. When active, it will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after receiving your tracking number

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items (include photos of the box, product, and label)
  • For lost shipments, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier after a reasonable wait period (typically 7 days domestic)

Note*: We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

In-Person Pickup

We do not offer online checkout for in-person pickup orders at this time.

However, if you're located near our warehouse, you're welcome to stop by in person to check stock and purchase directly.

Local Pickup Policy

  • No online orders for pickup

  • Walk-ins welcome during business hours

  • Payment is handled in person — we do not accept payments for local pickup online

  • Please call ahead if you're checking availability on specific items

Note*: If you place an order online and select a shipping address near us, your order will still be processed and shipped as normal. We do not convert online orders into pickup orders.
